I was born in Udine, Friuli Venezia – Giulia (Italy) and have always lived there. I teach English in a high school. I have been a teacher of  Reiki Usui since 2002 and of Reiki Karuna (TM) since 2003. I have been teaching Reiki since 2002. I have been constantly working on my development and on becoming a better person since 1996. I had my first Reiki experience during a psychotherapy session with my psychologist; I felt very light and completely relaxed, like never before. I received Reiki treatments from Fulgenzio, my first Reiki Master, from January 1998 for six months; I was going through a very hard period, my mind was incessantly working and the Reiki treatments were a real paradise. I felt light, cheerful, optimistic, full of energy and above all... my mind was clean, absolutely empty of thoughts! I was attuned to the first level of Reiki Usui in July and to the second in November of the same year. I felt very attracted by this healing method which used hands and intuition to improve your own and the other people’s health. Reiki was the means through which I could focus on my life areas needing attention and changes. I became Reiki Usui Master with Fulgenzio Baldin in 2000; this attunement helped me a lot in the work for my self-improvement which I kept doing during all the following years and am still doing now. In 2002 I decided to deepen the study of Reiki and I was again attuned as a Reiki Master by William Rand, founder of the International Center for Reiki Training in Michigan, USA, in Goteborg (Sweden). In the following year I became Karuna (TM) Reiki Master in Sedona, Arizona, USA, getting attuned by Laurelle Shanti Gaia, a wonderful woman who really wants to help other people evolve, with whom I have also worked on past lives’ issues. During these fascinating, tiring but satisfying years I have taken a deep and honest look into myself, recognized what I had to change and worked hard to do it; Reiki helped me doing big steps in my progress, and I gratefully acknowledge its help, together with God’s help, my guides’, the angels and archangels’ help. They have all helped and are still supporting me during this path and therefore I thank them all every day; I also thank myself for the strength and courage I have had in pursuing this path without going astray and losing faith.

I have held attunement seminars of Reiki since June 2002; I have also worked for a few years with the Bach flowers to let the people who work with me be supported by this extraordinary means of evolving; in fact the Bach flowers transform negative emotional states and succeed in getting back energy otherwise wasted. In March 2005 a trip to Israel and Palestine represented a real turning point in my life. I felt this experience very deeply, talking to people living, suffering, reasoning there I developed a strong willingness to help. Next the project called “Flowers of peace” took place in the high school where I teach. In March 2006 5 Israeli and 5 Palestinian children came to Italy and spent a week in Verona and a week in Udine. They met each other and made friends here, in a neutral place, where nobody was telling them that the other was an enemy. It was a success and all the group of Italian, Israeli and Palestinian children went on very well together. I then went back to Israel and Palestine again and tied the knots of friendship and trust with many people who work for peace there again. I was host of a  wonderful Israeli family in Galilee and I met the staff (Teachers and the head teachers ) of a school which is a unique experience in Israel. The school is called “Hand in Hand” and both Israeli Jewish and Arab Muslim children study there together, and there they learn to know each other and respect each other from the very beginning of their lives. I then taught First and Second Level Reiki Usui in Ramallah, Nablus and Jenin. In the groups there were very different kinds of people: psychologists, students, housewives, social workers, psychiatrists, heart surgeons, architects, engineers, doctors, a very famous oftalmologist. Though apparently everything was  dividing us – language, the countries we came from, religion, food, culture – I felt really close to these people and I felt more at home there than in my home town. Palestinian people are very cheerful and smart and they always want to joke and laugh, though the situation is very hard for them. I really do want to continue with my effort to teach Reiki in Israel and Palestine as a means of wellness for the individual and for the building of a future permanent peace between them.
